Management Team
With over 20 years of experience in property investment, development, and funds management, Mark Howard brings a wealth of expertise and qualifications.
Prior to co-founding Vode, Mark spent 5 years at the helm of Propel Investment Management developing an array of residential projects ($2m-$20m) across the Northern Rivers and South East Qld. Previous to this he spent seven years at Heathley Limited as Investment Director, where he played a key role in increasing funds under management from ~$200m to over $750m and was involved in more than 50 successful property transactions.
Earlier in his career, Mark was a certified practicing property valuer, specialising in commercial real estate and development site valuation in both Australia and the UK. In 2017, he co-founded Veyor Digital, a global leader in construction logistics management software.
Mark's passion for property investing is evident in his creative thinking, deep market knowledge, and extensive transaction experience, all aimed at delivering attractive risk-adjusted returns for investors. He is always available to discuss project updates, new opportunities, or general market trends.
