With more than 20 years’ experience across property investment, development and funds management, Mark brings a broad perspective across the property lifecycle, from identifying opportunities and structuring investments through to development and delivery.

Mark is the founder of Propel Group, a Northern Rivers property developer, where he has led the delivery of residential projects across the region and South East Queensland.

Prior to Propel, Mark was an Investment Director at a Sydney-based property fund manager, working across institutional property investment and development before the business was acquired by ASX-listed Centuria.

Earlier in his career, Mark was a Certified Practising Valuer specialising in commercial property and development sites in Australia and the UK. He also co-founded Veyor Digital, a global construction logistics software business.

This breadth of experience gives Mark a commercial perspective that extends well beyond development management alone. He brings together an understanding of property, capital, feasibility, risk and delivery, with the practical experience of having developed projects himself. At Vode, that translates into commercially grounded advice, clear decision-making and a strong understanding of what it takes to move a project from opportunity through to a successful outcome.

Fin brings more than 25 years of architectural, planning and development experience to Vode, with particular expertise in navigating complex sites from early feasibility through planning, design and delivery.

With an extensive architectural background, Fin has a detailed understanding of the relationship between planning controls, design, buildability and commercial development outcomes. His experience includes preparing Statements of Environmental Effects, coordinating development applications, resolving complex planning and design issues, and working closely with councils, consultants and project teams to progress approvals.

At Vode, Fin applies this technical expertise to development management and advisory assignments, helping clients identify site opportunities, establish the right development strategy and manage projects through the planning and design process. His ability to interrogate planning controls, test development potential and coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams is particularly valuable on constrained or complex sites.

Fin combines design and planning expertise with a pragmatic, commercially focused approach, ensuring development decisions balance planning requirements, design quality, buildability and project value.
